The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf
After a lot of 3-4 disc rounds this winter testing out exactly the discs i want to keep as my staples, I have finally narrowed down my bag.
Putters:
Pro Rhyno 175: My main putter 0-100'
Pro Rhyno 171: Back-up putter/up-shots
Mids:
DX Roc 175: Beat, really understable
DX Roc 175: Slightly overstable. My go-to midrange disc 100-250'
Star Mako 180: Finnesse mid. This disc will stay on any line you put it. Used for any "tricky" shots
Control Drivers (Fairway)
DX TeeBird 147: Very understable. Great for anny's
DX TeeBird 172: Straight to slightly understable. My go-to disc for the 250-300' range. Holds any line well.
Champ TeeBird 167: Slightly overstable. Used when a nice predictable fade is needed.
Distance Drivers
Champ Sidewinder 168: Go-to disc for 300-350'. Great hyzer-flip disc for accuracy.
Star Sidewinder 174: Back-up. Slightly more overstable for when needed
Star Katana 175: When a little more distance is needed when some accuracy can be sacrificed.
Specialty Discs:
ESP Predator 171: Used alot for thumbers. Also good for forehand and meathook hyzers.
Z Flick 172: Used for tomahawks. Great distance for overhand. Also used occasionally for forehand.
There it is! Lemme know what you guys think!
