not from throwing discs (I wish), but from wringing out tie-dye t-shirts. We're dying the shirts that will be part of the player's pack for a little fundraiser tournament on Labor Day. AJ, April and I did the tying on this most recent batch of 20 shirts and AJ and I applied the dye. We let the shirts sit for 48 hours which helps the dye really set in and get colorful. But yesterday I was on my own to rinse out the shirts, wash'em, dry'em and fold'em. Rinsing is a big task, as you have to rise the shirts out by hand, first under cool water while they are still tied up, then under warm water after they are untied. Then, once the are rinsing out nearly clean they go in the washer. Needless to say, I'm all wrung out.
