Correction on the time of Echo Hills Montly...every second Saturday at 12 noon as now listed on the PDGA course directory. Sorry for any confusion.

Hope you all can make it.

Well folks I spoke with Brad (EH GM) and Reese (Fly18) about the day to begin some league monthlys, and the decision is for the second Saturday show at 11 and tee off by 11:30. I am aware that some other venues have events on thoes days however the distance to thoes other locations allow us to hold it on most any day we want. Till football season is over we will not see a good turn out on Sundays.
The proshop is now stocked with discs for rentals as well as new discs for purchase. A disc was recovered in the water w/the name of Tom on it and a phone number but w/no area code, it is at the proshop. My team mate and I still have a champion each in the water.
As to weeklys, tournaments, and course clubs they are in the works and will be announced as promptly as the details can be worked out.

I believe that you are right that they do not have the ability to pay by card at the register but I am sure that there was an ATM in the corner by the used clubs. Always better to just bring cash tho.

Went out there for the grand opening at Echo Hills today. It was a good turnout and the course layout is very nice. The long pin positions are really long. If I had one complaint about he entire course, it would be that Echo Hills does not accept credit cards or ATMs so be sure to bring cash or checks. Other than that, I was very pleased with the course. Thanks for all the hard work that went into setting up a course near my house.

Sweet!!! Something to do on Thanksgiving when i visit the folks!!!! I've always said that course was the perfect spot for us. Could someone clarify how 9 holes produce a par 62? Multiple pads and 18 holes? or par 7's? :P

This is great news. I have only been playing disc golf since May of this year, but it is getting old driving to San Diego or to Wrightwood to play. I am really looking forward to playing this course. I have played Echo Hills as a stick golf course and I had even thought in the past that Echo Hills had a great layout for disc golf. I will see you all out at the grand opening.
