I use a elbow band and it has seemed to help. Start throwing some with the opposite hand, we had a member that broke a finger and he got pretty damn good lefty. And if you can throw with both hands there is not a dogleg in the world that can touch you.

hey now,know the feeling,both knees and throwing hand are giving much pain.Try opposite throwing as mentioned in above comment.Mini disc golf is less body hardship,now if we only had one here in florida.

When the arm comes back you will be so glad you threw lots of discs with your non-dominant hand. That way you will have the opposite hand shot available when you are stuck behind a tree. As long as you are taking up chess you might as well think endgame. Feel better.

dude, I know that has to suck. I have started to get some pain when thorwing back hand and now I am looking into an arm brace or something. I feel for ya brother.
