The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I first started playing disc golf when I was fairly young, around 9 years old. At that point, the only reason I was playing was because I used to follow my brother around everywhere...and he played. As you can probably imagine, I was SO bad...I could only throw like 45 ft spike hyzers. Well anyway, my brother always let me use the same disc and it happened to be a DX Ching Stingray with a full color Buddha stamp. At the time, I was by no means in love with the disc. The older my brother got the less I was able to follow him around and so I lost total interest in disc golf. About two and half years ago I decided to give the game another shot. My brothers old discs were in the garage, including the Buddha Stingray. It became my favorite disc. I wasn't completely obsessed with disc golf...yet so I left for college freshman year and didn't bring any of the discs. Well, I came back that summer with a craving to play. A lot of my friends had gotten into it and my brother was back to playing as well. Unfortunately he had SOLD the Buddha!!!!! I was so upset...so, since then I have been collecting Buddha stamp discs. The other day I was searching eBay for any Buddhas. I happen to come across a Stingray....I bought it immediately. It arrived on Wednesday and as I was examining it, I flipped it over and what did I find on the back? A worn out name written in permanent maker.....'GIBBS'. It is THE Buddha Stingray I learned on... In the same shape it left my house!!! I'm taking this as a sign of good Karma. Thank you disc golf gods!

that's why i write "If you want good Karma, please return". Apparently, a lot of disc golfers have enough good Karma going on that i don't need my 12 lost discs. I really want my 172 Baby Blue ESP Predator back!!!!!!
