The Oaks - Mokena

As the title says thats where my group ended up play on Sunday. 7-26-09

We had a couple people that it was their firt time out and the rest of us were just a little rusty.

I had not played this course in over a year and I dont remember why i stopped going back. The park is really nice. All the baskets are easy to find and its really shady. There are very few places you can actually lose your disc at.

we played 17 holes then took a break to bbq there at the course. after lunch everyone was up for playing again and finishing the 27 holes.

The best part was testing out the new discs I bought this past friday. My new putter with a name that I cant remember did pretty well but my new Innova Dragon was perfect. I would say it added almost 50 feet to my average drive and thats just the first day taking it out. I cant wait to take this back to IIT course for practice.

I finished at 2 under par as my over all score for the day.
