I went to Timmons for a quick round tonight to prove to myself that the +7 I threw last week was a fluke. I threw a few discs off the first teepad when an out-of-towner named James asked if he could play a round with me. He also had an 11-week-old English bulldog to help us play. I took 2 water penalties for double bogeys on 5 and 18 but birdied 2, 6, 14, 15, and 17 to end up at -1. I was happy but also disappointed because I was -3 on the 18th teepad. But overall it was a pretty good round. James and I had a good time talking while Otis pestered the fool out of us. But puppy pestering is pretty fun. The 14th basket has been moved up the hill since last week. Also the new 12th fairway has been cleared out and the basket moved about 30 feet to the left of the opening at the bottom of the hill.
