The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Last Saturday we finished installing 18 anchors into the ground. Sunday the baskets went up and play has started.

July 26 we started building the fly18 tee pads. We excavated the rocky ground and sunk pressure treated 2 X 4's grade level. Then filled the tee with decomposed granite. This makes a perfect fill that packs down hard and flat.

Trails have been cleared from the pins to the next tee. Tee sign are next.....if we have time in between rounds.

I played 2 rounds there yesterday. What a fun course that is. Anybody wondering if its worth the drive,
trust me it is! I'll take some pics next time.

Congratulations Craig, another top course built by you. I wish I was around to help out and play the new course. Alaska disc golf is a lot of fun. I have been playing well lately and I always think of the place I learned. Lake Tahoe, and there is no one that had more influence on the great courses in that area. Thanks Craig
