The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

So someone decided to light fire to three of the trees at Epple Park in Greeley, CO. This is where I reside, the park is about a mile away from me. One tree had been successfully torched up one side from bottom to top, while two others seemed to be no more than a lack of persistence by the pyro in charge. About two weeks later I find one of the baskets at the same course with five chains peeled out of the canopy.
Presumably, the culprits are juvenile. How many of them are there, not sure. As someone who scratched together a club out of nowhere this year, and someone who holds many events at this course, I'm pretty disappointed in whoever is responsible. Now it would be easy to sit here and write about how they should be publicly flogged and everything, but I'm not saying that. It would also be easy to sit here and write about how nice it would be to catch them, tie them to the basket/tree and rifle drives at them, but I'm not saying that either.

I'd play night games until I came across em. Which might detour them anyway.

To be continued, I'm sure.
