Hit a new personal best distance today! I think I found what “clicked” a few weeks ago. I started from the hit backward today and slowly added the rest of the drive technique.
I used only my distance drivers in sets of 3.
3 drives working with backswing only
3 drives using one step and the backswing
3 drives using the full run up.
With this method it was easier for me to see where the errors were being introduced and allowed me to back up and correct them before moving on.
New personal best distance is now 351’.
