My g/f went to Elon, so I was like.. wow that's kind of a trip to go all the way up there and they aren't even really talking about Gastonia... wtf? I'm trying to get her into the Women's league... but she wants to meet some people first. But yea then I figured it out one day and it's right next to my best friends house so we went like 2 days after they poured the first tee's and love it. It's a relaxing course... not many holes over 200 feet. I drive with my putter on most of them now!

Duuuude many a creepster has popped out of the most random bushes at Kilborne, so I feel ya on that one. I really like it though... as flat as it is, it's got some diversity. A lot less of a pain than Renny, that's fo sho.

Yea Renny is definitely nuts. It's where I've been going lately cause it's like 5 mins from my house. I haven't gotten over to Hornet's Nest yet but Kilborne is my favorite for sure so far.
