I don't run a league at Sea Tac any longer since Brent's bag was stolen and the two women were mauled by the pitbull. Rahn has said that he is going to run a league on Fridays at Lakewood. I don't know how long that will last though.

At 5:43pm on January 22, 2009, The DON said…: I was interviewed by the local news at Chico's polar bear swim. The interview was done right before I dove into the 39 degree creek and swam to the other side with my 14 year old son. The snow round you had looks like fun.

At 7:45pm on December 23, 2008, The DON said…: Sorry I did not respond sooner but I have not checked e-mail in a couple weeks. My knee was slow to rehab at first but the last few days have been real good. I have a new physical therapist and she is great. I turned the peddles on the stationary bike all the way around today. I can bend it 95 degrees. It took alot of pain to get there but worth it. The disc golfers in town collected enough signatures for the referendum but they need to be certafied. Next it is up to city council to have a special election or make a compramise and let us install new course at currant location. I will let you know.
