Hope all goes well for you this 2010 season, All I know is its my first and deff. not my last!
Hey Donny. Thanks for the greeting. Good to feel welcome. First played at Morley Field when I lived in El Cajon back in 79. Moved back to Long Island (ugh)in 81. No courses up that way. Now live in South Florida and started hukking again three years ago, fourteen if you count the home-made courses we had when I was a land surveyor. If you or anyone else is down this way, please look me up. Thanks again, "Hippie" John
Thanks Donny, I learned the game playing Morley Field hundreds of times, the first time it still had 27 holes. I also played that little course off of 54th between University and El Cajon Blvd. from time to time. I hope you have more options nearby now. We have more courses popping up in the Northwest all the time. Every time I make it down that way, even though it's not often I take the bag and get at least one round in either at Morely or Huntington Beach.
Hi Donny THis is Dave Vance an old time San Diego Discgolfer. I will be comming to Cali for my son's wedding next month and was looking for a possible place to crash ,in the area, for a couple day's or so to allow me the time to play Morley field once again. I should be in San Diego around the 20th. My cell # is 409-553-1728 . When I saw Snapper in Georgia he suggested that you would be the guy to contact so I am waiting for your reply . Thank's D.Vance
My name is Matt and I own SDSF Pro Shop right outside the first hole of the Escondido Rotary Club's Kit Carson 18 hole course. I was told by many to get in contact with you and I would like to work with you in any way. I have a news crew coming to the course in two weeks (on a Tuesday) if you would be interested in an interview for Channel 10 San Diego. Thank you, Donny. You can email me at SDSFskateshop@gmail.com. Sorry to post this here, but I could not find any contact information for you and I would really like to collaborate. Thank you.
