Mr. Holter, how are you and yours?
We're just kickin' it here in Connecticut.
Missing Colorado, but we're happy.
Hope to golf with you and some of the old gang in the near future.
My wife got a kick out of your comment and your right my boys do look like their Mom, good thing.
peace
Naved actually never showed it to me :-) Don't worry...I have already harassed him about it. He has promised to drop it off soon so that I can get a gander of it. I am exited to see it!
Scooter,
So far most of this is beyond me. But I want to find out more about it since I should be playing a few courses this summer.
drop me a line at frivolist@cfl.rr.com.

Hey Scott, That was interesting. Balboa, no doubt.
I wasn't particularly fond of the continuing line. Is there a way to do separate lines for each fairway? Am I asking too much without expecting someone to actually design software to appease me?
Yo Scooter,
With my luck, I'll probably have to purchase two different YOUnits to do both tasks. I've never really felt the need for GPS for travel. I've done it for so long now that I'm pretty good a finding what I'm looking for. But designing in the woods takes a LOT of back tracking etc to reel in your spacial awareness. I'm hoping a GPS that can set points on a map will help to make me a more efficient designer. But there's nothing like good-old-fashioned obsessing.
Hey Scott. Picked up that video you left at Wright Life and it works great! Thanks! Great pics on there. It was fun re-living the weekend! See you soon -KC
Scooter,
I'm hoping to purchase a GPS that can be used for course design
Perhaps the POI feature could be of use to this cause.
Feel free (or even obligated) to fill me in on a model that I could get to behave when playing with a mac and what programs would be necessary to allow them to play nice with each other.
Some good pics there! Thanks for the link. Also, just remembered I never got a working copy of last years Aspen video. (I had the one that wouldn't play) Will you be at Grateful this weekend? If so maybe we can link up there. Let me know... -KC Terry
i suddenly got super busy and im trying to leave for a west coast swing in a few weeks.i have found 1 numbered pocket pro that has my# embossed on it but it would cost ya.cheers!
Hey Scott! Where the heck are you today?
Am I ever going to get a copy of the KTS DVD? Jeesh ... the interest on that $10 bucks is going to kill you. ;)
At least send me some of the shots you have of me playing so I can share them on my page!
When coming thru Upstate SC google these parks, they all have a full 18-- J.B Owens in Easley SC; Timmons Park in Greenville, SC; Val-Du-Mar Park in Boiling Springs SC and Richmond Hill Inn (the park is just around the corner) in Asheville, NC-- there are several more if you are interested just send me an email.
Jooooooyyyyyy! Wazzup you "Stimpy-lover"!
I'm very interested in the whole GPS thing. I'd love to have that capability for designing in the woods.
The Canyon petition has over 1200 names, which, by odd coincidence, is about the same amount that the county actually has to spend on the project. Kidding of course, but so far there hasn't been much in the way of progress. Believe me, if it happens, the DG community WILL know about it. Where's home now? I heard a rumor that a DG'r bought Boylan! T/F?
