Good luck to you both. Speaking as a seasoned veteran, the marriage thing takes as much work as the disc golf thing. If she plays, you have it much easier, so you got that going for you... which is nice.
wuz up big guy hows life? sounds like life is good. glad to hear of your trip ducth and the par infinity family are first class! I spent a couple weeks down there its great! maybe well see ya in estacada?
Yes Kathy and I are engaged and extremely excited about our future! We've had an amazing time together - We would definitely have fun on the Amazing Race!
San Francisco was amazing and Kathy gets to cross Northern California off her list of places to visit. We drove up the coast to Newport, OR where we visited her niece and Cam Rauenhorst who has settled into a nice Park Ranger job at the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse. Kathy and I spent last New Year's Eve on the coast with Cam where he rents a room in a high dollar duplex overlooking the lighthouse and the Pacific. Kathy also got a surprise visit from her niece who drove down from Portland 2 days ahead of schedule. Right after meeting Cam at the Rogue Brewery Pub
At the Rogue you have to walk threw the brewery to get to the restaurant or pub - way cool)
Anyway we covered 1500 miles and even got to stay with Dutch and Catherine Sullivan in Arcata, CA (we ran into Dutch at the Humboldt Brewery - he was going as we walked up to the door) Of course in true disc golf family style he put us up for the night (12pk Sierra Included +breakfast) Thank you guys!
I heard about your surprise trip....and congratulations! (I'll let you fill in the blanks for everybody on the surprise..and also serve to heighten the anticipation) Look forward to seeing you and Kathy in Arizona.
