Hey Oli... My apologies for not remembering you from the Vic Open. I'm bad with names, but I usually remember a face. Good to hear that you've been getting into all things Disc Golf since then. Did get out to Wingrove yesterday for a look. We found most of the targets but unfortunately I didn't have the pictures with me so we were not sure of all of the tees. Definitely room for 9-holes in there, will have to bring the baskets down one day for a round.

Just a note as well, we saw some people removing one of the ribbons (we were some distance away but they saw us and should have known better), I think it was for hole 3. When we got there is was on the ground so we put it back up, then 10mins later we saw these people taking it down (this time they took it with them).

Several Melbourne players are playing in Bundoora this weekend on Sunday if you are interested in joining. We use portable baskets (9 of them) and play an 18 tee layout. If you get this before then and want to play approve me as a friend and send me a private message and I will get you the details.

I am in Heidelberg, so when you have a chance we should definitely catch up to talk about the local scene. There are quite a few of us playing (including Jaz who posted below), I am surprised you haven't found us already. I would be really interested in checking out your course as well. Get in touch.

hi oli so sorry to hear you were ill speedy recovery my life has been on hold a dear and loved fellow disc golfer from phila pa scott lefty kendall passed away last teus. while kayaking on a qu iet river a 100ft tree rotted at the base tree fell on him!!! what are the chances hurry get well soon and love life yes as soon as i get more info ill let you know might as well go cheapest rate love peace happiness linda

hi oli i'm not quite alegend yet but i surely pray i'll still be playing when i reach that age !!! i am actually a senior grandmaster i went to fed ex and had 6 of my own 150 class or less discs weighed and the price was $23.oo and a couple weeks i;ll be able to go to the regular post office this week and check their rates for comparison let you know what ever was wrong with the pix of your course is now right it looks so beautiful and very chanllanging with all that ob talk to you soon love peace happiness linda

Hey, Good day Mate! Fair dinkum! You should build it. Great to see someone stepping to the plate to provide inexpensive access to our beloved sport. Not that there is something wrong with making a bit of money doing it, but there should always be a balance, especially when comes to flinging plastic! Good Luck on your endeavors!

The membership to my new club is growing (to 8 so far), not bad seeing nobody, except me, had any discs until this morning. True!

No worries on the primitive side! Here in Chico we play on converted agricultural pipes for targets, and dirt tees. Nothing wrong with PVC targets, at least you get to play. $16 a round is crazy! Start your own Club, and build your own course.. Why not? If you build it, they will come.
Just watch out for those Salties!!!
