On behalf of Juliana Korver, I am happy to announce the 2010 La Vie en Rose, a women-only PDGA event and Southern Nationals qualifier that will take place February 13-14, 2010 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL. As you may know, last year the inaugural event hosted 67 female disc golfers. This year our tournament field will be limited to 84 competitors and we hope to sell out.

In order to make the 2010 event even better for the women, we are reaching out to all those in the disc golf community that are interested in helping to raise the bar for our sport. On behalf of Juliana Korver, I am honored to announce her inaugural ladies-only disc golf event: Juliana Korver Presents La Vie en Rose.

This unique event will take place February 14-15, 2009
at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL.

In Juliana’s words:

"Are you curious why this disc golf adventure has the name that it does? Literally La Vie en Rose translates to “the life in rose”. The English equivalent to this is “life through rose-tinted glasses” or even “life is rosy”.

If someone looks at something through rose-tinted glasses, they see only the pleasant parts of it. It is a way of life. It is an attitude that I aspire to maintain.

La Vie en Rose is a disc golf event that intends to combine many of the pleasant tournament aspects that we have experienced over the years as well as present new ones that will create a wonderful, memorable and rosy weekend.

This event is about warm fuzzies, feeling good and friendship. I hope that you all can experience the weekend through rose-tinted glasses and perhaps even take the attitude home with you to help you appreciate all that is good in life.

This will truly be a unique weekend that I hope and expect you will love."

Hi Mindy. Thanks for the comment. :) Hope your trip back from Michigan was good. We got home at like 5:30am!

As for church, I've been jumping around a little lately, but most often I go to Appleton Alliance.

Well, it was good getting to know you a little better this weekend, and I'll see you at league probably this week!

Awww, that's too bad you can't make it. I think you should come to ours and let Ryan go to the USADGC. :) We're gonna have waaayyyy to much fun!!!! But, if you can't make it, have a good time in MI.
Hopefully next year we'll see you! :)

Mindy, I was hoping to see you and Ryan and kids at the junior tournament.I took my 8 year old,she placed 2nd,150 putters in that wind was tough. See you two wed. night
