Nice to meet you.
It is very happy for this site to meet various people.
The club world championship of ultimate was opened in Vancouver this year.
My acquaintance also participated.
Lately, a Japanese team is putting a very good grade.
On behalf of Juliana Korver, I am honored to announce her inaugural ladies-only disc golf event: Juliana Korver Presents La Vie en Rose.
This unique event will take place February 14-15, 2009
at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL.
In Juliana’s words:
"Are you curious why this disc golf adventure has the name that it does? Literally La Vie en Rose translates to “the life in rose”. The English equivalent to this is “life through rose-tinted glasses” or even “life is rosy”.
If someone looks at something through rose-tinted glasses, they see only the pleasant parts of it. It is a way of life. It is an attitude that I aspire to maintain.
La Vie en Rose is a disc golf event that intends to combine many of the pleasant tournament aspects that we have experienced over the years as well as present new ones that will create a wonderful, memorable and rosy weekend.
This event is about warm fuzzies, feeling good and friendship. I hope that you all can experience the weekend through rose-tinted glasses and perhaps even take the attitude home with you to help you appreciate all that is good in life.
This will truly be a unique weekend that I hope and expect you will love."
Juliana has made the initial event announcement in person at the U.S. Women’s Disc Golf Championships and on the PDGA discussion board. For lots more information and to post your support, please visit this discussion thread, which will provide a link to the official tournament website:
Shawn Harrigan and I are the Co-TD’s for this event. We’d love to have your input, assistance, and sponsorship. Please e-mail email@example.com if you are inclined to help Florida welcome the ladies of disc golf to a wonderful weekend of competition and comradery.
Yours In Flight,
Mark “Denny” Ritner

yeah, that really hurt too. I was installing a new course at a privet school here in Walla Walla, and the hole digger I was running BIT ME! It filled with fluid, after a week of ice and rest, it went back to normal. I'm fine now, see you at Lake Wood. Marty
Hi Mouse *** You're looking and playing great! It was good to see you again. You're welcome for that *Seattle Heart*. Funny thing was that I didn't expect you to be playing but practicing on Saturday! It was a beautiful day for disc golf.
I play random flip doubles at least 3 times a week sometimes 4 times at the Lakewood Disc Golf Course. I like it there alot because it's a wide-open course. Of course they also have doubles at Northpark, Terrace, Fenwick, Riverside, and Steilacoom, but Lakewood is also close to home so I stick around here.
Take care Mouse and next time you eat some tasty cheese, eat a piece for me and say *here's to my friend Tuffi." :) :) :)
Good to hear from you. I think that I might have a shirt that I can get to you. I will let you know. I should be getting my leg fixed this winter and I will be looking at comming up next year.
Have fun and I will talk te you soon. Tim
Not sure if I'll be making the Washington State Championships. I'm really concentrating on worlds right now. I'll probably play the Lakewood Open, but I haven't registered for any tournaments after worlds yet.
I'm not sure how many, if any t-shirts r left, I'll check when I return from Walla-Walla tomarrow. I'm sorry no BC Open, funds low, we blew a head gasket before the fling, plus Worlds is coming up soon! And I found out after Fling, I HAVE to work Fri- Sun. "OR ELSE". I can't have that happen, already got ENOUGH time off this year, PLUS 10 days 4 Worlds. What a year! Glad u made it HOME safe, c u soon,, Marty Cook
No, problem anytime you are welcome at my home. William has thrown the t-rex. He likes it. No, Korina hasn't created her account yet. I will have her do it tonight. Yes, I will give the keychain to Tara. Have a great week and weekend!!
I never did get a chance to play any DG while in BC. My discs gathered dust in the hotel while I was working 18-hour days at the Canada Cup. Next time I'll fly out a few days extra on either end of my trip so that I check out more BC courses. Thanks for the offer though! We're using CSC Pacific for our Integrated Support Team, so I'll likely be out there more often after Beijing.
i royally fucked up my ankle playin frisbee on the beach on the 4th so i really dont kno whats going to become of me for the upcoming tourneys... i'm going to try my very hardest to get to the Terrace Creek Open the weekend of aug 2 but that is, of course, if i dont need surgery for ligament repair :( being hurt SUCKS!!
Hey, thanks. Congrats on your first as well. You and Richie can stay at my place. I live about 30 minutes from McIver. I don't have an extra bed but I have a room with a crappy couch or an air mattress. Glad to hear you're playing the Beaver State Fling.
