Pickwick is a sweet course designed by HB Clark, every hole has a recreational and championship tee and 2 pin positions as well. Nice layout, you circle back around the parking lot several times throughout the course, which makes it nice to restock your bag with brew (private course - "alcohol friendly", but you don't have to be a member to play, just drop a donation in the box). I would seriously recommend driving about 30 minutes down the road (Hwy. 25 S) to Tishomingo State Park (Tishomingo, MS), where we just added our THIRD course, which is a record # of courses for a State Park in MS! Tish. is a dry county - no brew, but the rangers are pretty lax about it at the park (just use a huggie). Tishomingo is quite beautiful. Located near the highest point in Mississippi, it offers many "signature" holes guarded by rocky hills, and a lot of elevation shots - both up and down. I love Pickwick and Tish., unfortunately, I have to work on Monday, but if you are looking for a local guide/golfer, I have several friends that would love to show you around our "neck of the woods". You can also search DGRUS for Iuka, MS disc golfers, as most of the Pickwick DGC are from that area... Anywhere near Memphis, I'd definitely check out Bud Hill - that is one of the nicest group of folks you'll meet in disc golf! Hope you enjoy yourself. Sunday, Dec. 27th is a 2-round PDGA B-tier event in Athens, AL. If you're interested, check the tourney schedule on SNDG.org. Peace.....

Nice to "meet" you and Merry Christmas! Man, I have been wanting to move to CO for several years - especially with the recent legislation in Breckenridge! (You don't happen to know about any openings for a graphic designer, heh?) I live in North Mississippi and travel all over the southeast to play golf - mainly the Southern National Series... Would love to experience the courses in CO. Watched some footage of the Kiss the Sky Tourney - that looks sick!!! Maybe one day, we'll play a round together out West! That "Bang the Chains" vid is sweet huh? Peace........

Thanks for the recommendation on the site. Looking forward to exploring around on here.
Here's the link to the Bang Da Chains video I was telling you about.
Ha! No, it's not a basket. It's actually a shelter on top of a sledding hill. The course is George Wilson, an awesome course that's east of South Bend, IN. My buddies and I took a lil' road trip down there and hit up Madeline Bertrand in Niles, MI; Rum Village in South Bend, and finished it off with George Wilson. would have done more , but the sun was setting on us.
I see you are from the CO. The only courses I played there are Estes Park YMCA and the one on top of Vail.
