(being able to improve your score the next round.) as for the distance on the back-hand, watch David Wiggins Jr. video on you-tube, and watch how far he reaches back before throwing, yet still keeping his stroke smooth and shoulders square. a bad habbit is to drop your back shoulder when trying to throw harder. its the motion not really the energy. I should be at the athens tournament on the 28th, come up and play. lots of good people and players.
