At 7:16pm on January 4, 2009, Jeff (Heyman) Schropp said…: Idlewild is a very tough course. Lots of par 4's & 5's where you have to hit a landing zone, then approach & putt. I played them as all par 3's and shot 21 over -- not very good, but it was my first time. Its different than playing Flip, where you can "go for it" right from the tee. Everytime I play Flip, it seems to get easier and that would probably be the same at Idlewild. The first time I played Flip, I was freaking-out it was so awsome. Now I feel spoiled that I have the opportunity to play it so often -- I probably take it for granted.

Did you say Saturdays at 1 pm???? I'd like to get the disc chuckers club together for a winter flip trip. Now that sounds like fun.

The way the snow is melting this year there is very little mud. 50 is forcast for monday, most of this will be gone. see ya soon Bill
