Hi Rob,
I lost my blue destroyer on #4 at bellamy several days ago. It just disappeared in the snow past the t-pad for #5. (Not a good drive that day.) I spent a long time trying to find it without any luck. I really miss it :-(
I hope you found it. Let me know. Thanks!
Rob,
Sometimes the devil is in the details but I'm not sure these particular details matter all that much.
The goal is to find, soldify and eventually expand your comfort zone. This happens from a combination of mechanics, rhythm and confidence. If you are using two putters then if you don't make both, pick your next spot closer to the basket.
Putting is not like making free throws, where the distance and conditions are constant. Every putt is a bit different. And you should practice that way. So putt in every wind, different slopes, different stances and around obstacles-just like you will encounter during rounds. Eventually you will be equally proficient on a straddle or foot forward. Eventually you will understand the different winds.
A month is a long time. Experiment and find what works for you.
