I don't know if you haven't received a message from me, but my page doesn't show one going through to you, so here it is: I got Compadres Pollos Asados to agree to donate for the raffle for the Ice Bowl at Montiel.
well,.. sounds like an invitation. I only have sunday afternoon open. (12) after that I am gone for 3 months with no disc where I am going. then its 2 weeks of practice in may and 2 weeks in june then Japan Open!!
so after UCSD I am good to go. thats it,..my tag in 141
your 'Tour de Rizbee's look like sweet-ass roadtrrips. i'm glad you like my photos. i started taking just hilight pix, which i still show on my blog, but now i do as many as i can, documentarian-style, so i can mash them into my mapping site. you might find good use of it or your trips! and if you end up taking pix and hosting them on flickr, you can tag them (as explained at the bottom of my page) and my mapp'll automatically include them.
Ice Bowls here in Iowa are brutal. Right now we have 8 inches of snow along with 15 degrees and 20 mph winds... Not my idea of fun. :) I haven't decided if I'm playing in our Ice Bowl or not. It will depend on whether some of the snow goes away and the temp of course.
Probably not, unless the baskets get installed. The semester has just begun here at Cal State, so I have a lot of little projects in the works, which means lots of meetings. The only exception is if the baskets get installed - I have reserved an afternoon off for when that happens - I want to be one of the first to play the course!
If I get a call that they're putting the baskets in, what's the best way to reach you? PM me.
Looks like you two had a fun road trip. Yes, I am lucky to live only 1/2 mile from the Redwood Curtain course. Last summer my friends and I did a disc golf road trip and played courses between here and Santa Cruz. Hopefully next summer I can take a trip down to So Cal to play the courses in your neck of the woods!
doesn't mention you but I found this in the disc golf in the news section under the misc. threads and thought you might want to put it on your website.
