Its a long course with a few transitions that still need to be ironed out. I wont be able to give you the tour, but I would go on the Stinging Jellies site and ask some one to meet you there. I just wanted to tell you while I was thinking about it. My golfer friend Steve got tennis elbow and he uses this strap that just below the elbow and makes it so his arm doesn't hurt when throwing. You might want to look into it. He bought his from Target I think, but I am sure they have them all over, even at tennis shops.
