I have come across a much better video upload for the internet. Try the blip.tv website. It allows you to upload much larger videos in better quality. I pretty much gave up on youtube. If you have any questions let me know.
Hey Brian, are you coming to the Memorial for sure ? If so, I will see you there then ! I know Judy who is an intrerpreter and she is a pro discgolfer, too. Also, she is an ultimate freeystlye frisbee. You will meet her when we get in Scottsdale !!
Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything the PDGA office can do to assist you with the WDGA Championships. You should consider dual sanctioning under the PDGA's new Competition Endowment Program.
Non-members competing in PDGA sanctioned events will pay a $10 fee in 2008 but they will receive a rulebook, sticker and a coupon redeemable for $10 off their PDGA membership. Many sports associations and federations do not allow non-members to play in their sanctioned events and I think it would be a huge mistake if we were to adopt that policy. I hope that non-members see the value that the PDGA provides all disc golfers in promoting the sport and that they choose to support us in this endeavor.
I saw in the meeting minutes from 11-07 that the PDGA was "continuing to work on appropriate package" but no follow up in either mtg after that. Has there been an announcement on non-member tournament fees?
The Headrick and Jackson courses at the IDGC are in great shape. Design of the Warner course is now complete and we will begin tree removal and clearing sometime in January. We host a one day C-Tier at the IDGC on the first saturday of every month. Come see us!
