I was there wednesday & thurdays putting in sleeves, putting together baskets & digging tee markers. We went & played it Sat in the rain. the front gate has maps. the park is 6mi south of the 60 fwy @ the Euclid st. exit in Ontario. Moderately challenging course.

At 3:50pm on September 28, 2009, Tom Gregory said…: Geeze dude, You don't say much in type!!! Avon's Town Hall Park was awsome! A really nicely laid out course with 3 par 5's and 4 or 5 par 4's. The front 9 is played over grass and most of the back 9 is played through thick woods, not a lot of underbrush but zillions of trees. Necessitated vertical throws (disc on edge) to get anywhere... 5 birdies, 1 bogey, most fun I've had in a while. Didn't make it to Brownsburg, didn't have time. Gotta go back to work with last client of the day, he's learning to throw so off I go. Later...

Found them on the Net, so we'll leave early and Cassie and I will check them out. One of these is a temp. course, so don't really know if I'll find one there. Yellow Creek KY was fun but cut short, met a dude just gettin back in to it after several yrs and bs'd too much! I was throwing OK untill I met up with him, After, my game went south, way south. Oh well, had fun anyway. It's rained all damn week and sposed to rain today but wont matter, I'm playin anyway. Think I'm startin to wake up so gotta get on with it... Later dude. PS- you wish you were here.............

Anyway, I,m playing Yellow Creek in Owensboro KY on Sat. and hope your able to enjoy yourself half as much on those too familiar courses you play over and over..... Wish you were here...
