I'm not really sure what it takes to be added to the team. I think those decisions are made by Jim Kenner, Pad Timmons and Brian Sullivan. I believe there is a form at the Discraft website for players to apply to the team. I'm not exactly sure because I was invited to join but I think most of the time it happens when players apply.
