Santa Cruz! Well welcome to Norther Cal. (the better half of Cal.) Once you get over the culture shock. I think you will like it up here. If you haven't been to it yet. You have to try Pizza my Heart. Best pizza in town!
Well, once again. Welcome to Cali!
Congratulations on you and your brother winning the KC Worlds!
I just want to let everyone know how gracious the two of you were to me. I have never been to a tournament that large before and it was exciting watching everyone play and getting tips from different players. It made me realize why you guys love the sport so much, it's like a huge group of your best friends and you get to play your favorite game with them and hang out. I loved that you could actually interact with different players and that they were really like everyone else, normal people having fun!! Well I had such a blast I can't wait for next year's Worlds :)
Hey Val- Thanks for getting back at me. I could tell by the reg list that it is going to be a huge event. I want to play bad. However I am a Salary worker therefore I only get paid once a month. So dunno if I will be able to make it or not. It is still in the air. Its either that or J-Bird series in Mt. Pleasant MI. then Brent Hambrick. Hope to see you guy's soon. and by the way Congrats on all your success this season you have been tearing it up. Good luck the rest of this season and wishing you back to back's in Kansas, MO. woo-woot! we'll holla at cha later's Thanks again!
Hi Val, played in my first PDGA tournament this weekend in Lumberton NC. I was the only female out there so guess what I won my division :). I have a question though on both Saturday and Sunday during the second round I started to release my discs early. It felt like they were just slipping out of my hand. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?
question for the womens page:
Ive been playing about 4 months and throw on a good throw about 195ft. What is the avg distance of women players and new women players. Also, can you give me some pointers on increasing my drive distance?
hey Val recently I have been checking on the pdga website to plan my tourneys and ran across Rosco's Revenge being thrown by the Jenkins family on 4th of July weekend. To make a long story short. Anywho I am interested in playing and would like any info you have regarding the tourney. If you could help it would be much appreciated. Hope to see you and your brother @ Disc N Dat next week. take care and best wishes this saeson countinue to rip it up. peace out!
