SVO is a fun course. A couple of long holes and a bunch of holes which demand a very precise shot. The best an Advanced player shot on the course was -3 last year. You can do well if you play within yourself and play all the hard holes for par. There are a few birdies out there, as well.
It'll be awesome to have you guys. I like everything from TRaders, yes everything...... of course my favorite stuff is the frozen desserts yum. and the chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels, but those won't travel well (darn!). Just bring your lovely self!
Keoni, congrats on the big win at Duos. Evan Taylor and I were going to be partners and play that one, but I had to be at a court-ordered class that Saturday. Good to see that you and your partner came through and won it, playing all over the place like you have this year really helps you add versatility to your game. See you at the SVO, it's going to be a lot of fun!
Nice...I need some revenge for the EIEIO now that I think about it. Really though, it's awesome you're gonna make it down here. SVO is a tough but fun layout. Not as long as Emerald Isle and a few more technical shots. If you can, try and make it to the Friday doubles on the 5th to get a look at the course (or caddy for a Pro in the 1st round before we play.)
I really hope there's no trash pickin up at Wrightwood, it would make me sooo sad. But you know I'll be prepared :)
Sounds like your work situation sucks, sorry to hear that. Will make it tough to get away for sure.
