Damn man, no Ace love! That pasture basket is a ways off to, you're gettin some good D on it. I played at a weekly tourney in La Mirada yesterday, didn't do too bad considering I hadn't played those tees and it was all sloppy and muddy.
I got to play 9 holes after the tourney with a couple local 1000 rated guys. This guy Noah, takes his Boss off the 2nd tee and drills an ace from about 350'! I was glad to see he was just as excited as we get, he's been playin since '93 and the thrill is still there when it finds the hole off the tee!
Also, I'm thinking either "2nd Battle At Rio Don Do" or "Battle At Rio Don Do II" I'm leaning toward the roman numeral option myself. What do you think?
Don...I am definetly interested in playing at your private course. My girlfriend is from Grove...and she just said..."Don't hate her." Anyway, send me your digits and I will make time in the next few weeks to play the Rio Don Do. Probably on a weekend. If you want you can send me the digits (or email addy) in a DGRUS "email" so as to keep your digits (or email addy) private. ~skinner
Howdy bro...Yes, the trip is on...However I don't know if we'll have time to stop at rio don do...I mapped you out, and I'll talk to lars to see what we can do to at least stop by and say hello...Have you been able to talk to him about your event??? Do you need his number? I've got his home and cell phone, as well as Brens...Let me know, and I'll keep you posted...
Wow... I just looked up the tour dates and no love on the West coast yet or worse maybe they've already passed. Funny thing is if you look at the Mule dates then look at the "Warren" tour dates, he has, I'd say, 50 more shows with the Allman bros and the Dead! Jeebus Warren, take a break buddy! :P Anyway, I think the creek shot looks good for the disc photo but I don't know what we wanna put as the text. I'll give it some thought. Later bro.
Hi Don, Sorry I didn't check my messages for a while. If you come to Clearwater you have to play at Cliff Stephens its the prettiest course here. The next best course is probably Maximo in St Petersburg. And if you do come to Clearwater please stop by my store. We have about 30,000 discs to choose from. A disc golfers dream come true. lol You can pull up a map of all the courses here in the area .@ www.gdisc.com or www.clearwaterdiscgolfstore.com And of course this is the Home of Ken Climo. 12X World Champion. You may even get a signature or two!
I'll mark June 13th on my calendar. Probably won't be any conflicts this year, since the NWADGC won't be having Russ back to run the Northshore tourney this year. I heard that they actually kicked Randal out of the club because he "overstepped" his authority by asking Russ to come down & run it last year.
What's goin on bro? Finally got my Internet connection here and I'm STILL unpacking :( Haven't played any courses in Cali yet but I have been out doing my putting 3 times a day or and working on the tips in the Dan Beato film.
Sounds like the Rio Don Do planning is coming along nicely, 525 eh? Can't EVEN wait to see it. I won't be able to bring my basket because I'll be flying in from AZ. Have you hit up Todd from JDGC?
Yes love both bands. I am a moe.ron. Love seeing those guys. I think they do need a bit of a hiatus though. They said they were, but it wasn't too long. lol. I've been to a bunch of moe.downs and last year was kinda weak. Hopefully they can get back in the groove and give us the jams we love. I'm stoked phish is back and can't wait to see them! Good luck with tix!
Yes, thankfully and luckily my boyfriend and I are going to great woods, starlake, and both nights at alpine. We do need 3 camden and 4 deer creek. So if you know anyone with extras let me know, we have 4 knoxville to trade.
you gotta check it out. Made a huge difference in just one round. I can't go by tee sign distances but I paced a few off and my longest drive to date is now 129 paces up from 112. (mostly flat ground) Check it!
Quality suits my personality for sure. We make Lab and Processing equipment at IKA. It's a good company and I've been lucky enough to visit our parent company in Germany twice. Great pics, makes me wanna come to Oklahoma. Have a great '09.
