Good to hear about SVO and good luck at Wrightwood.

How's the foot doing? Hopefully healing well. You gonna be able to play the SVO?

The course was very challenging, nice rolling hills, elevated greens, and a lot of wind. Playing best shot doubles the best score was -3 Paul Macbeth being in the winning team. This will be a fun course to play if it becomes permanent. How was the other course?

fly18.jpgHi John, There is a tournament Tomorrow to try test run disc golf for the ball golf course management to see if they can have it permanently. Check out the flyer attached. Come if you can and please spread the word. It would be nice to have another course in the area where we can improve our distance and roller shots.

Dude there was some bullshit bout my rating for this update. A dude from Washington played using my pdga number or his entry was mistaken to be me somehow. anyway, he shot terrible in an open event, int division. 766 810 rated rounds, and a 3rd just as bad. That was mistakenly included in this update, so my rating even though it went up, might of been an even greater improvement. I felt I should have gone back to the 913 rating or close to it, so im not totally put off by improving 15 from the 893 I had been rated at. Im crossing my fingers for a 920 rating, but we'll see.
How was yours? If Morley made the deadline, then I believe you will have greatly improved. 940ish! haha Down with Intermediate, up with Advanced.

Way to go on tearing Morley up! The mental game more than the course itself kicked my arse. I sent in my reg for Waller Pines, have you? I havent made my way out there as of yet, but that angle might help myself out more by trusting my technique more so than trusting in course knowledge.

The last tee-time is 1:00, the course should be available for non-tournament play after 4:00. It a redesigned par 68, only 3 holes are par 3. Top 3 course in the world for me, Super nice and challenging worth playing while its there. Let me know and we will car-pool or something, ask Robin too. You will also get a chance to meet the best players in the world. Yesterday I was in a Pro Golf clinic with Nate Doss, Avery, Valeri Jenkins, and Dave Feldberg. The best overall discgolf advice ever. Putting, approaching, driving, touring, pretty much everything that involves the game based on their study and research of the game. These guys should make a video. I tried their advice and right away I could notice the improvement in my putting and driving. It's on now babe, that's what I needed to become pro. I will share with you if we meet. You should try to play the new redesigned La Mirada Golden State Layout. It is a super course. We will try to make it today so call me if you want to car pull

july 12 is the planned date, but I do not think we will have the SVO course setup that weekend.
