Rotella's work is excellent and most of it applies equally to disc golf. The putting clinic is mental training. It's about confidence not technique.

The new PDGA mag is coming out and the first issue will have mental training articles. I wrote two, one on overcoming a slump and the other on confronting stress.

So are you really coming to the No Foolin tournament? If so then I will see you there.
