Hey Branden,
Good to hear disc is alive and well in St. Thomas. Good work putting together the Flatts. That tourney has a rich history and an impressive list of Champions. It took every good, and lucky, shot I had to win there.
I hope having your tourney so close to Worlds draws a great field! Fundraiser discs are a great way to build up funds too. Plus issues crossing the border keeps out some rif-raf..hahaha
I'd love to join you, but it's not in the cards.
Sure do miss those tourning days sometimes...until it's time to pay the Doctor's bill :-)
It'd be great to see the Flatts as an A-tier again. Just make sure you have the large and dedicated staff to make it all work...I've seen many a good man and woman overwhelmed by the task. I think the quality of the tourny is more important than the size of the purse.
Is Bob Harris still running his catering company...that was a great memory of the event...and the shot from the top of the hill...It'd be worth the trip just for another shot (or two, or a bagfull) at parking that baby.
Trying to make the CCR Open and visit Mom back in Lansing...are you planning on that one?
