I was one of the late groups getting in from the rain at DB's last year and only got to smell the pig. And the cole slaw was killer too, and the taters, and beans and corn and cake and........... Man o man, just a killer old day all the way around.

Makes for more visiting time after the round and a more leisurely getting on the road for home. A downside of the HGT's success and larger fields is you just can't get up with everyone you'd like to . I was still running into folks I hadn't seen all day as I was getting into the car to leave. And the pig rocked!!!

And in a change of form for me I actually putted pretty well, or at least consistently. Unfortunately won't make the T&T weekend. Frannie has a weekend meeting in Richmond so I'll be hanging and feeding and walking the nine doggies. Pretty heavy ice at Ramcat this morning, roads and drive clear though and no ice at all here in Y'ville. Take care and have a good Super Bowl weekend.
