In disc golf it is never about the weights, its about toning and conditioning. It is about being physically prepared to throw lots of shots without injury. You want to focus your power and energy to pin-point releases, never let shots get out of control, stay in the zone on all shots and always know how your discs fly. Preparation is key to being good at any sport but essential to becoming great at disc golf.

Welcome to the net work. There's ton of infomation here, mixed with plenty of crap. Your page looks good so far. NM States dates are set for September 5th 6th and 7th. Yes, friday, sat, and sunday. Friday round doesn't start until 1:30, and I believe sat and sunday will be tee times. We have a meeting on sat, and I will know more after that.
