This is not a joke. I will not “Spam” out any information. I am serious in my quest.
Trying to take it easy. I am getting married 10/10/10. Crazyness! Anyway been busy with that, work, discgolf, and life. I still try as much as possible to keep discgolf #1 (l.o.l.) I know that sounds messed up but if you wanna be #1 you got to put in work. I have been doing pretty well this year it's been fun. I ran into Rob and Melissa @ some East Side of Ohio Tourney. Trying to make it to the Pocono's this weekend, and maybe in your neck of the woods for the Cranberry Open or Classic or whatever it is called. in Late Aug. Anywho I am glad you stopped by and checked in. Glad to hear everything is going well. Look forward to meeting you in person one of these day's (l.o.l.). Anywho keep hukin and we'll see you on the circuit.
Happy Birthday Heather. Long Time. I see you have not been on here in a while. What's up? Everything alright? Hope all is well, Keep hukin. we'll rap with ya soon. Happy B-Day again from the midwest!
Hi Heather, I hope this finds U well. did U feel any extra sunshine in January. I tried to blow as much sunshine to all my freezing friends while I visited the Aloha state. I was stuck on the island 4 12 daze. As it turned out one of my greatest friends, Brad Evans Dad has been living on the Big Island for close to 20 years. And he and his wife put me up as their guests for 10 daze. Ironically he lives about 40 minute drive (his driving) to the Disc Golf course at Mackensie st. park. The first day of the tournament in the first round I shot 4 off the lead. I was el fuego (i think that's spanish for "on fire"), but I think it was because all my loved ones & friends we're they're on each sleeve making sure everything worked out alright. The Hawaiian DGC (castaways)is a great group of people, I hope you get to experience them in your lifetime. after the first round, I went down to the ocean just to soak it all in when a humpback whale backflipped out of the water right in front of myself and a couple of girls that we're trying to learn the game in between rounds. I have a slew of great memories and pictures (My new picture on DGRus is of hole # 5 [@ Mackensie st .park] basket with the Pacific Ocean in the backround)to share and if your ever in this area, I'd love 2 share them with you and give you some of my aloha that I'm currently still full of.
After Hawaii, I flew in 2 SF and did the cable car thing (for the morning) and then I was off for more DG in NorCal (as they call it). Played some incredible courses. Stafford Lake and Humbolt university sit a top of the list (along with Mackensie in Hawaii) at Humbolt, on hole # 2 you actually have to climb up and into an old REDWOOD tree trunk and throw across the valley of redwoods for your drive (how cool is that?). willits koa campground was another sweet course as was golden gate park's and Berekley courses.
just found out that Val Jenkins moved to Santa Cruz, CA. (another star in the sky, as good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but there always there) I know you there Heater. I wish we can go a play a round again, till then remember your Dan (or Waldo).
what up heather? hope your staying warm this winter season! just knocked down my 2nd victory in open yeaterday 1/24/09 woo-woot ! high of 15 degree's brrrrrr... it was a cold won! talk with you peace out!
Ottawa was fun, but it was really cold - for me anyway - most of the folks there seemed pretty use to the weather - I placed next to last in Novice but there were a couple of guys that shot around 900 rated rounds in the Novice Division.
I just saw where the Cranbury Classic is going to be an A Tier this year - guess i will have to make it over for that - Do you guys make it down to Rock Hill for the USDGC? Have a nice Holiday Season - I am heading to North Carolina for a couple of weeks, May hit the B - tier in Athens, Alabama on Dec. 27
I thought you might get a kick out of that (football). anyways good luck at finals and be sure to pick a good partner unless it is random doubles.peace out!
you dont call, you dont write, I am starting to think you dont love me anymore (j/k)! what up with you? havent heard from you in a while. I see you won another tourney Bagger (l.o.l.)(j/k)! Anyway summer time is history, I had to layer up a couple of days ago it got kinda cold. It was weird playing in jeans and a fleece. Anyway just thought I would stop by to say hello and see how you were doing. and I thought you would like to know U.T. just came in the BIG HOUSE and made history. They were the first M.A.C. team to ever beat the Michigan Wolverines. (ugh)! Anyway they won 13-10 just thought you might get a kick out of that. Your Scarlet and Grey team get to play the Michigan State Spartans this Saturday I will give you an update and let you know how it went. Anywho peace, love, and chicken grease from the midwest peace out!
