Good Day Heather, Glad you enjoyed the Flyingdiscmagizine article . I have a couple of cool pictures from the Wooster Ice Bowl. Is there anyone in picticular you'd like to C. Weather was COLD, with an inch of fresh snow. 42 people came out to enjoy in the festivities. We raised $1,305 for the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank, but the thing that really stands out (in my perspective) is that for the 1st time in the 15 years I've been a TD for the Ice Bowl. This was the first time we got coverage in the 'SPORTS' page (Wooster Daily Record, Tuesday January 29th edition) in whatever paper covered our event. How about shooting me your address, so I can send you a copy.
You don't know. Mel has been tearing things up as of late! I can't keep up with her. We (mel, boz and I) were teammates out at Ash's Ice Bowl this past Sunday. The only thing that went wrong for Mel was a slight case of hypothermia. What a solid teammate! Her drives are consistent and her putting is right on. A bit more work on her short game and that lady will be movin on up!
Hey Heather, yeah I stole the Meez idea from you. I did also finally get a PDGA number after all this time. I figured I would be playing in more tourny's this year. I am also planning on going to B.G. so I will probably see you there.
That's wild. We're up there all the time (usually once a month) as we've got family in Niantic. I was actually hoping to get a course going in nearby Rocky Neck so I can play when I'm out there. Best of luck up there, be well.
