I love it, the course is really lit up so at times you don't even need a glo disc but at times you would wish that you couldn't see the lake!! And that's really good of you to volunteer to give back to the sport you love...it takes a lot of work, which I am sure you know all too much about. Well, best of luck with your event!!

I have been sitting at the computer a lot doing school work and work work, been carrrying around my laptop and all my schoolbooks, and I haven't been paying attention to my posture. it feels like it is underneath my shoulder blade and it burns!!! few cold drinks, 4:20's, and a muscle relaxer will hopefully fix me right up:) my throwing arm feels great!

I see you're in Wichita,I played my first big tourney there. I barely remember it,1990 Am. worlds. I had four discs. I was so "fly by night" back then I had no hotel or renal car. a guy named Harvey(the TD) picked me up at the airport and let me stay in a tourney hotel room. I hadn't been treated that kindly since I followed the Dead. His kindness left a perminent impression. I wish I could remember his last name,I'd love to tell him what his efforts meant to me.That lauched me into our great sport more than just the play itself.I believe good stretching will help your shoulder.
