I saw your post on the DGA Gel Shockz. Not sure if you know this or not, but Phenix does make a smaller pair of Quad Shocks. I think the called the Quad Shocks .8, but I'm not surtain. However they made them for the vertically challenged. Not for gender diff.
My girlfriend had the same problem finding motorcycle gear. Seems she is just suppose to ride on the back of a bike and look nice! I couldn't believe it. They are just starting to make stuff for women. It's crazy!
