Thanks Jeremy. Congrats to you on both tournaments this past weekend! I know you didn't play your best, but you still cashed. It was fun playing with you & Ryno in a tournament. Did you & Derek ever play Idlewild on the way to Cumberland? It was a great course.
When did you play Hocking College and could not find the baskets? I live about .10 miles from the course and play it just for kicks about 4 days a week and I have never noticed a missing basket. A tree did fall on basket #9, but that was cleared as soon as it fell. There are some punishing holes on the course with no drop zones. How many of the woods holes did you play? We now have the baskets to make the course 18 holes and some holes have been rearranged. I started disc golfing after I moved to Ohio and just happened to be located near the college. I have played near 200 courses in 15 states and did not find Hocking that bad. Most folks get frusrated with the up and down hikining on the course. I first played the course in March of 2008 and found the holes and baskets with a little extra effort. The woods holes remind me a bit of the Base Course At SugarBush in Rutland, VT. Next time you are in SE Ohio give Forked Run a try and let me know when you are in the area so Ican give you a tour of the Hocking course. Tell the folks up at MOODGolf that BIG Mike says hello.
