I ran a 4:27 which is a bit slower that I had wanted, but I lost all my time in the last 300m. By the way, the "Women's Wednesdays at Willamette" series will start on May 28th. It will be the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:00. I hope you can be there! I have a lot of great ideas about what to do with this, like prizes and mixed doubles, clinics, etc. if women show up! I also presented it to the WDGC and I have their support so it has the potential for greatness!
Anyway, is your sister back running? I always keep a look out for her at races, but all I'm really looking for a is a Shavonne look-a-like. Mabye you could introduce us sometime.

The Rebels are based out of Bend, but we have several members that live elsewhere (myself, Coury Coates, Cris Bellinger, "Buck" Smith, Sara and Crawdad, etc.) and we are always glad to have new members. There are some fun gals in our club too. You may know Miranda Erickson, Zoe Andycke and of course Sara Johnson. Maybe you should join us, 'cause when it comes to having a good time, the REBELS can't be beat!

So I'm real bad at checking these sites. I've never had a myspace or facebook page and I forget about this site. Anyway, I just checked it for the first time in a few months and I saw you comment. I wasn't ignoring you, I promise!
Anyway, my profile pic is from a torture museum in Belgium. Awesome huh? Sometime I'll tell you about some of the really awesome torture devices they have there.
And yes, I am running ALL the time and I race OSU almost every race here in Oregon at least. I just raced a few OSU girls last Friday.
