I do a lot of offseason strength training to increase my arm speed as well as my distance. Lots of upper body lifts for the shoulders and arms so that they are able to handle the tension and torque that they experience when throwing some of the longer shots.

I also really like to do cable pulls to gain arm speed as well strengthen my back.
