The WBC is turning out to be Nice. We do love baseball in the school that I work. We talk about it even in the winter months, when there is no baseball.
Now the thing to watch for the month is "March Madness" Which is the tournament for university basketball. The pride of the universities is put to the test, and everyone has a great time. My favorite to win is Michigan State University. I live an hour north of that place, and they have successful disc golf there.
Bucci, Thank you for the Birthday wishes. I would have responded sooner, but I was in Costa Rica for a couple of weeks celebrating my 50th Birthday. I think that the MDGF sticker is happy on your car and I am glad that you promote the sport. Thank you again, My Friend.
Just wanted to say Hello, and hope you are having a happy week. I was able to practice my driving and putting inside this week. Do you have a harsh winter where you get several meters of snow covering everything ? It is tough for us in the northern part of America.
Wait a minute ......I saw your photo. It was you I met at cliff stephens.Fla. wow I just realized it....So sorry you couldnt stay and play . If you come back soon let me know. We can play at my home course N.E. Coachman park. Visit my site for phn# to call. Your friend took a picture of us together. I need a japan sponser to get me over there for some tourneys
I did not want to name drop, but yes...John Sturtavant. Quite an individual and family.
Thanks telling me of the disc weights in Japan. No one really knew.
I have 150 gram discs in my bag for drivers. It seems those are the only drivers that travel the farthest. I throw a 150 gram Innova Pro Line KC Cheetah and a 150 gram Innova Star Leopard. On windy days...there flight is not so good, so I throw heavier ones.
I have only been playing for less than 2 years.
Thanks for getting back.
We have had a very long Winter season. I have done more cross country skiing than I have done in about 10 years. I have still played disc golf in very cold and snowy conditons, but have not played as often as I have wanted to play. I think the season is finally breaking. We have had a lot of rain in the past few days. Next week our local club is havig a friendly tournament with two other clubs. It will be good to get out and play competitively. It will be very wet and sloppy but a lot of fun. I hope things have been going well for you and your family. The next timeI go out to the course I will bring a 150 gram disc and throw it so I can think of my Japanese friends.
Bucci! Hey man all is well here except for the week long rain we are having-just enough rain to keep the courses sloppy, but now snow so I'll take it. Hope all is well over on your side of earth-Keep in touch and take care!
Our snow is gone and now we have the cleansing rain. Way to much cleansing though. I have a friend who is visiting Japan and possibly you. His name is John.
Also...is it true that the discs thrown in Japan have to be 150 grams or less?
Let me know. Have nice summer.
The seasons here in our part of Texas have become confused by the wobble the earth is experiencing due to the approach of planet X. We have already had 97 f. and then we get freezing temperatures two days later. Did you hear about my two aces last Friday? I wrote a story and sent it to my friends. I wrote it in a style like an old TV show called Dragnet. I think you got it. I have been reading Benjamin Fulford Blogs about Japan and China. I like what he says.
I am doing great. thanks. How about you. Yes we are very excited for spring I have had enough cold days. I have been playing as much as possible and getting things in place for this years tourney. I am excited for the upcoming season of disc golf. with my first tourney just around the corner. how about yourself?
Bucci, I watched the Korea against Japan baseball game this morning. The Japanese fans were very fun to watch and listen to. When Japan was batting, the fans were loud and sang. When Japan was pitching, the fans were quiet and respectful. Very good to watch. Hopefully Japan and USA will play baseball.
