I am playing in the Glass Blown Open in Emporia KS. on the 18-19 of this month. I am really looking forward to the trip and seeing all my disc golf buds. How is it going for you? Spring is here but no cherry blossoms yet.

I also noticed that several disc golfers on this site have listed the Nasu Highlands course as one of their favorites. Have you ever played there ?

The WBC is turning out to be Nice. We do love baseball in the school that I work. We talk about it even in the winter months, when there is no baseball.

Now the thing to watch for the month is "March Madness" Which is the tournament for university basketball. The pride of the universities is put to the test, and everyone has a great time. My favorite to win is Michigan State University. I live an hour north of that place, and they have successful disc golf there.

I did not want to name drop, but yes...John Sturtavant. Quite an individual and family.
Thanks telling me of the disc weights in Japan. No one really knew.
I have 150 gram discs in my bag for drivers. It seems those are the only drivers that travel the farthest. I throw a 150 gram Innova Pro Line KC Cheetah and a 150 gram Innova Star Leopard. On windy days...there flight is not so good, so I throw heavier ones.
I have only been playing for less than 2 years.
