I have a Z Surge with the 2006 PDGA Amateur World stamp on it. It's NEW, never thrown. It also says ESP instead of Z, but it's a Z. I'd trade that and the Tracker for the FLX Surge.
Hope that you, josh, and boogs can all make it up to Big Rapids on Nov 2nd and play in our MIDGC/Club Dead travel leauge #3 event. It will be a lot of fun guarenteed, good payout. It's unsanctioned but I think you all would enjoy the course, especially if you like the tight technical aspect of a course like Oshtemo. Hit me up if you need any more info, I would offer you all a place to stay but I already have like 4-5 other players crashing at my place. However, there are a few cheap rooms around here if you guys wanted to come up a day before and play a round with all of us.
i wish i could play the winter league but i work every sunday.... boooooo.... oh well. i can not wait until the time comes that i dont have to work on the weekends!
Blaze,
The players package includes things a disc golfer might enjoy. Other than that I do not have a clue. Probably the usual. Discs, T-shiirt etc.
I'm cheap. I'm going for the basic entry fee. Well ya know...it depends on the weather that day. if it's crappy...probably the $15 fee. If it's a bomb day (like blue skies and little wind)...possibly the player package fee. Anyway...hope this helps and hope to see you there. Registration is @ the building across from hole #1. Finally..there is a doubles tournement the following weekend at Begg Park as well. You can get the details for that at hole #1 info box if you attend the mustache fund raiser tournement. Finally...that Sheila Kirkham is hottt!!
Later,
Ken
They are Phenix bags, and I can get you in touch with someone that can help you if your really interested. They are running betwwen $125-150. Don't quote me on that, they made special team bags for Discraft members and, we got a break. Best bag ever!
Sheila
thats pretty cool. i spotted all week long for worlds. during the week i was out at meyer broadway in three rivers and i spotted at oshtemo one of the days. I was really lucky at the finals and got to be on the camera crew....that was definetly my highlight! Yeah...oshtemo is a great course. i really like golfing there. i really miss golfing all the time like i was over the summer but now that im up here at school...im stuck with a really small, pathetic, 9 hole course (which is really, really, easy). I've been backing off the tees and making the throws more challenging but its just not the same as the courses i love back home. I really enjoy golfing knollwood because i always see people i know there. Its just full of good friends and good times for me. Plus, its alot easier to drink and toke there. its a good time. anywho...i've been trying to bring as many people as i can out to the course but its such pathetic course that its not impressive to anyone really. the first time i shot it when i got up here...i got an -8. haha...kinda funny though if you think about it. anywho...i got to get this homework done :( have a wonderful evening!
Whats up blaze?? so your from the zoo??? thats pretty cool...im away at school for the time being...all the way up here at michigan tech. fun stuff eh? so whats your favorite course in kalamazoo?
Blaze, I will be in Ludington today for a court hearing. I expect to be done in the 11am to noon time frame and looking to play soon thereafter. Jeff Schwass and whoever he contacted may be joining me. If you want in, give me a call. 248-505-3568
