I am the Director of Parks and Recreation in East Grand Rapids and our Mayor has asked me to look into creating a disc golf course at one of our parks. Do you have any contact names in the Grand Rapids area willing to look at our park and tell us if it is possible to layout a course?

I tried a comet once (z plastic) and was intrigued by it, but I already have a roc (from overstable to straight flight) and a beat-up stratus.

Thanks for the feedback about the rain post. We now enter that tempting season of disc golf where it's warmer and the snow is gone, but there's water and mud all over the course. I'm going to wait it out (easier said than done).

Last time i had a game was at the World Ultimate Club Championships (WUCC) in Perth in 2007. I have enjoyed discs now since 76 and was playing regularly and competitively for a while - including in the US at times during various championships. I still remember the duck poo at La Mirada.
Came across this site when I was searching for an old tv commercial we did back in 1981 and lo and behold there is was on your site. Was a blast to finally see it again after all this time.
