Thanks Bill, I had a lot of fun. I was happy with the first round but I died the second and was lucky to be able to send into OT. The format sure was a lot of pressure because it allows so many to be able to compete for the win. It was definitely deuce or die. I really love the Sportsplex course with all the challenge, variety and ways it can be played.
hey man, thanks for the offer - I am sure I will be taking yall up on it sometime in the near future
another big hurdle here is that outside of me, daniel, and drew, there are no PDGA members nearby - its more of a case that they have never been exposed to it - half of TDGA likely doesn't know anything about the PDGA, so spreading the word to them will be my first goal
we actually played doubles at redstone yesterday. Shane and I were paired up and no we didn't cheat...lol. I am actually trying to play more personally because I would like to play in the up coming tournaments! hope to see you out there!
No problem Bill. Great job with the event! I love the feeling after running an Ice Bowl. It is a really good thing to give a little back to our communities. I want revenge on the Sportsplex! I think I can manage to play that course without going OB on almost every hole! See you in B'ham this weekend! CP
Thanks bill, I just managed to hit some clutch putts when i needed to. i here you are going to put that new placement on 17 i suggested back across the creek, that will be sweet for the state qualifier!
its good to hear your a fellow teke. our chapter will be having a formal almuni luncheon sometime this spring, were trying to get to know more tekes around us cause theres a lot! - ill let you know more about it later if your interested. yeah, i didnt play so well- hopefully trussville will treat me better.
Yeah you guys are AWESOME! We feel a part of the extended CPF family.Especially since that was out first real tourney ever. You and David and the rest of the crew do a heck of a job. Hope to see ya'll again next year! st
