Hey man try not running up for awhile and just make sure you get full wrist motion and really reach back. Concentrate on being more smooth with a flowing follow through in stead of jerking it. You really don't need much run up with a forehand as it doesn't any distance at all is what I have noticed. It's easier to take just one step, and reach back and flick it. My advice would be just think about being more smooth, go out in an open field and just throw 40-50 times so you can get the feel, also be sure you are using overstable, heavy plastic. I use the 175g Star Destroyer with the most luck for forehand distance. Good Luck, lemme know if this helps!
