I admire your attempt, my friend! If I can help with a suggestion? It may be that my upper body movement is key to not having to push so hard with my arm... the elbow thing just might be from trying to get all your power from an arm push, and not the upper body.

That "rocking motion" you see me doing to get my upper body into forward motion, along with that little "knee pump," together creates at least 1/2 of the power.

For example, imagine a basketball player shooting a shot with no knee pump in the mix, using only arm power, verses those that use a little knee pump for power on the way up. All arm, probably equals an ouchy elbow!

Above all, I really appreciate your comment, as we are considering the job of teaching more about what "to do" and what not "to do." Any insights about what happens to those who try it with or without success will help us define more in the upcoming DVD.

It hurts my elbow when i try.
