I`ve learned to throw by this video.my technique was just wrong until i watch this video. my release of the disc was way too far. i hope all of you understand what i wrote. because my english is so poor. I understand but i`m not good of writing.

Comment by Tom "IRONMAN" Coffin on February 4, 2008 at 5:25pm - I have found that throwing ultrastars is the best way to get form and technique down on throwing forehands... there's some translation to the beveled edged plastic but essentially the rythm is the same
