Montty -

A player can put a dirty dollar down on any hole they want to. Only the CTP player has a chance to make deuce and win the dirties. No deuce, no dirties...carry over. Pay again to get in on the next hole. An ace around here always pays $ per player, that's a bonus in addition to the dirties.
